Laura Bush's Memoir - Spoken from the Heart

This is a touching, intimate look into Laura Bush's life from her childhood through the end of her time in the White House. I did not want to put it down and finished it in two days. The most amazing part of it for me was learning about the many, many things Mrs. Bush accomplished during her eight years as First Lady. You would never have known it from the scant or biased coverage she received from a media intent on demeaning her husband at every opportunity. I highly recommend this very readable and interesting memoir. You might consider pre-ordering President George W. Bush's upcoming memoir, Decision Points.
